Its very very risky to use substitution when being observed and even when not-- one should be careful with sounds-- I always fill the cup when I am going into the toilet in order to have masking sound-- can result in a bit of a mess but, hey too bad

Well the only reason they even caught them, at least the way I read it was because of the clicking sound. I personally am put into a bathroom shut the door and the observer watches through a window in the door. There is also a mirror over top of me for him to look at. It'd be pretty easy to pass with it in my situation but I still rather not take the risk and stay clean. Only 62 Days left...

They just handed me a cup and pointed me to the bathroom. I quit smoking for 87 days previous to my test too. During that walk to the bathroom I was thinking to myself "D*mn, I could've just done substitution!"

Ah well, live and learn.

if you have two brain cells to rub together you should easily be able to circumvent the methods they have found to try and catch you, unless, of course, they observe you, in which case you should not have any synthetic urine in the first place
