I'm 6'2 200 pounds. I'm a daily smoker (blunt or couple bowls, etc) for a few years now. I haven't smoked in 4 wks, but will be dropping a urine test on Monday. I'm thinking I should be ok, but wanted to get some opinions. I purchased some pre-vale a fews ago when I thought I'd originally have to drop & was gonna purchase some Vales. Since four weeks have passed I doubt I need to spend $40 for something I most likely don't need. Just curious if I should even bother taking the Pre-Vale & also where can I get a home drug test (local pharmacies, etc) & how much do they usually cost...Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is a pre-employment test. I do not work out & prior to the previous four weeks I was a chronic (literally & figuratively) smoker.

Get a home test as soon as possible. Most pharmacies sell them for something like $15.00 and test with the first urine of the day. If you pass that then your set. If not then I'd use the dilution technique. Read the stickies above...
