What Is The Exact Temperature That Your Urine Is Supposed To Be When It Exits Out Of Your Body And Enters In The Cup. I Need A Range (small Range Please). I HAVE HEARD THAT IT DIFFERS FROM YOUR BODY TEMP. PLEASE CLARIFY.

think they accept like 94-99 degrees.

It should reflect your body temp, around 98 degrees. If you work outside in a cold climate it will be lower, and if you work outside in the SW deserts, it will be higher. But for substitution purposes, the closer to 98, the better. N2

Ok ive got a serious question.
Does niacin actually affect the test results of a piss test or is that only a myth. Because personally I dont want to go through all of the "niacin flushes" and itching for nothing.

we have covered many times on here that niacin does not work in the short term to pass a drug test; dilution is the only thing that work. Low dose niacin taken over months is good for you for a healthy body, but only at low, recommended doses.

i went to wallgreens right after i posted that thread and bought a drug test kit and tried it out to see what would happen. I am a male about 6'1 and 200 lbs. with a high metabolism.
I smoked some dank chron on thursday night (3 days ago) and have only been taking niacin and drinking water and passed my test. I also took 5 asprin about 2 hrs before along with abunch of water.

So i guess my question is did the niacin do anything to help? or was it just the water and asprin?

by the way... i should probably add that i am what you would consider a chronic smoker, there is no doubt about that

if i were to go back to my normal eating and drinking habits and not flood myself with water again before my next test would i still pass? Or am i still going to need to dillute before every test?
