ok im sure there has been a million different or for that matter the same stories posted. Heres mine cause its a lttle different. I am 19 year old male, 6'2" and about 200 pounds. Work out 5 times a week.. smoke maybe 2-3 a week if that. Just found out I am being tested by quest diagnostics, by my school. It said the cut off is 15 ng/dl. That seems real low. I have been drinking lots of fluids since sunday morning around 2 am, and my test is thursday at 7 am. I have a terminator gold, and i hear it works. Whats everyones opinions and experience with quest and that low level for testing. Thanks in advance yall.

If you have smoked 2-3 times per week up to this point and your cutoff is that low Terminator gold will most likely not work.

You may want to look into dilution.

What kind of school do you go to that requires drug testing anyway?

You'll be taking a GC/MS test and the cutoff is 15ng/ml.

Do you know whether or not you'll be supervised while giving the sample?

If Not I'd suggest using Substitution. Read the Stickies above they are very helpful....

Dilution is somewhat of a longshot to be honest with you at least in my opinion. Mel and S2 can probably be more helpful than myself but I'd say your best bet is def Substitution. Good Luck.....

I cant use substitution they look directly at you and i get tested cause im an athlete. I hadnt smoked for 2 months... than bout a month ago its max 2 times a week now i think bout it. On monday I drank 2 whole gallons of cran juice same tuesday and now today an ungodly amount of water. I heard terminadaor gold can give good results... I dunno any last thoughts guys.

What about diluting and using the terminador gold???

I believe Terminador Gold works on the basis of Dilution but I could be wrong on that. So I'm not sure. The worst result you could get with dilution is a diluded result which is NOT a failed test but will require a Re-Test but that means more time for you to get clean. Although that could also mean a Hair Test but I'm not sure how Collegiate Athletes Testing really works. Since substitution is out of the question I'd use S2's Dilution method....

If you havent smoked in a month you should be OK. dont dilute inless you have to-- get a home test and check yourself

Whats the deal with quest diagnostics. I hear theyre pretty hardcore.. I think they test for 20ng/ml and if you test positive for that they confirm with the gc/ms system which they say is set for 15 or above is a positive. Does that sound right???? Also is it easy for them to find out if i use a detox. They say my creitien needs to be a 20 ml or higher.. and my specific gravity needs to be a 1.006 or better. What do you guys think. I took a multi vitamin that night, plus some crietin pills, plus a b2 vitamin, and 2 asprin that night as well. Whats the concensus hear. I passed a home test set at 50ng/ml with a little dilution in my urine with none of the following things added. so all that put together i think it could go either way with regards to getting below 20ng/ml and still making the 20 of the critien and 1.006 of the specific gravity. It says if the specif grav and or the creiten is not right they do a more exstensive screening. So i interpret that as if those 2 are right they dont test for the dteox. so what do you experts think???? Thanks again for the help.
