This might be helpful to a few people out there. I know it would have been very helpful to me a week ago.

I am 6ft. 190-195 lbs. lean and muscular (no bull****tin there). I have worked out 4-6 times a week for years. And I have eaten 4-6 times a day for years. I have been taking an ephedra based weight loss product for several months straight because the military is making my loose weight, not that Im fat im just over the weight limit because of muscle. I used to be a regular smoker until about Feb. this year. I quit to join the military. Signed up and all that BS. Now its December and I am about to go off to basic training.

I smoked a few hits from small blunts once a week for a little over a month...the last one being the early morning of November 20th. Then I found out I am going to have to take a GC/MS test at basic that takes levels down to 15ng/ml. This freaked me out so I found a place in the phone book under "drug test" (thanks for that one liveandlearn) and asked if they could do a GC/MS for me. Sure no problem $60, 48-72 hours for results. They will take it down to 1ng/ml, the lowest. Cool.

I took the test on the 30th, exactly 10 days and about 7 hours since my last toke. The results came back today and there was no THC detected in my system at all! I am ecstatic(sp?)!

Anyway the purpose of this post is to give an example of a scenario of how quick THC is COMPLETELY gone in a person who has high metabolism and is a regular exerciser.

This site helped me a lot and is very informative. Thanks to the mods who answered my Q's. I probably wont post again because as much as I hate to say it, I cant smoke anymore because its not worth risking a career. When Im out I will be sure to light up a fatty
