Hello,
I know i have got a lot of time, but i need to put myself into a calm frame of mind. I am 6'3, 350lbs i smoke 2-3times a week in the past few months. I have to pass a drug test on the first week of March. If i quit today, will i be able to pass? How long for someone of my size and frequency would it take for the THC to leave my system enough to pass a standard drug test.
I also purchased a colon cleanze at GNC and am wondering if that would help as well. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The word is that it takes 30 days to be clean. If you have a test in March, count back 45 days and stop smoking then....you will only need 30 days to purge your system + a margin of error for the sake of paranioa.


as for colon blow......it won't help the test......but it will help your colon!

Well, first lets take a look at the extremes; I met a woman on here who was a daily smoker but also an aerobic instructor; time to detox: 10 days and pass a test.

Next, I met a male on here, who weighed about 400 lbs, and smoked daily, not chronically, just once per day; he needed 14 weeks to clean out (98 days)

Given your situation, it is good that you took the time to face the reality that given your size, it is going to take a long time to clean yourself out. Given your timeframe, I would suggest getting into an exercise regimen to help burn fat cells, as this leads to quicker detox times. Test yourself with a home test after one month, and then again after 6 weeks, or until you register a negative result. Given you only smoke 2-3 times per week, you should not need as long as 14 weeks, but look at needing at the MINIMUM 3-4 weeks under normal circumstances (sans dilution)

Good luck; I am positive given this knowledge you can be clean by the time you have to take a test.

Heavy Smoker (Once per day)

I have been clean exactly 34 Days now and still have not passed a home test with the first urine of the day. I am able to pass with mid-stream and very light dilution so I believe I am getting close to being clean. Given your size and amount of times you smoke you'd probably be clean in the area of 5-6 weeks. Good Luck....
