|  Heavy smoker, possible test, advice? I am a fairly heavy smoker and have been for the past year and a half or so. I have a court date on Jan 4th for weed, and I just stopped smoking completely on Dec 3rd (32 days before court). I am 5'7", 130ish lbs with a moderate metabolism. I expect to be put on probation on that court date, but my situation is weird. I go to school outside of the US, and I will be leaving the country to go back to school right after leaving court. My question is, do you think they will still want drug testing? Would they have me do a drug test the day of court? If so, is 32 days enough time to get clean enough? Your thoughts... |
