has anyone passed only using niacin? if so how many were you taking?

also i was using certo for a while to pass my tests. (it does infact werk)
however your piss turns clear as water, doesnt matter what you mix the certo with. does anyone know if you take vitamin b and certo will your piss be yellow?

B-complex vitamins will indeed make your urine yellow, however it's more like a neon yellow that can be distinguished from a normal urine yellow. Anyway, B vitamins will make your pee yellow, sometimes enough to fool a tester, however it won't help you with creatine and specific gravity levels, which are the real indicators of dilution.

certo does NOT work, you most likely just passed with dilution. As to the niacin, taking a regular normal dose will not help you significantly to pass a drug test, and taking any more than the recommended dosage could lead to itching, burning skin, and toxic niacin levels in the body, which is very hazardous to your health.

nah man. i was drinking one pack of certo mixed with any kinda fruity drink aobut 2 hours before the test. and then one 20 oz bottle of water and that was it.
i dont think 20 oz of water would be enough to dillute. it was werking excpet the fact the your piss is crystal clear. thats what got me caught

Color is not an indicator that will cause you to fail under any guidelines-- if your temperature, specific gravity and creatinine levels are in the normal range you will not be flagged as dilute no matter what the color of your urine. They cant fail you based on urine color. Certo does not result in any remnants or metabolites in the urine that is testable and that could be flagged as a bad test--its reputed to help but I have found no scientific evidence that it does.

I've read dozens of research papers and have never read of anything that you can ingest that will cause a false negative except aspirin (and excess water of course)

the color indicated to the people testing me that it may have been diluted so they tested the ph, creatine and **** and everything was off.
