In reading some of the threads here I got the distinct impression that Creatine in your system will less likely flag your unine sample for dilution....then I read another thread that the presence of creatine and a specific gravity test is an indicator of dilution........Is Creatine something that is normally tested for?

creatinine, the active chemical in the urine after creatine is broken down by the body, is tested to make sure there is a certain level in your urine stream; if the level is too low, it is labeled dilute, just the same as if the specific gravity were too low.

anyways start a loading phase about 4 days(loading means about 20grams a day taken in intervals) this will raise your creatinine levels, meaning you will be able to dilute it more without looking suspicious, and if they ask about creatine, just say, oh i work out! and ask if its illegal because its definietly not. anyways i believe creatine takes like 2 or three days to raise the levels in your body not sure on exact, but you could start a week before to be sure... taking some the night before might not help to much, but it wouldnt hurt.
