I used a friend's pee who is not a smoker of course and I did not have enough pee to get a temperature reading last week. The company phoned just now asking if I would take the pre-empl. urine test again. I agreed. I put the pee in a rubber, kept it under my breast and still....please advise, if I had more pee would this had worked?

What is the best method for using substitution. What can I use to insert internally or are rubbers not good. Another friend used a container of some sort...I bought the digital thermo, what can A WOMAN DO.

vaginal insertion is best, with a condom, because the vaginal cavity is near body temp, so there will be no concern for temperature readings being too low if you go this route.

Just make sure you wash all the chemicals off the condom before filling with urine, and be careful to tie tight so it does not leak; otherwise, you should be in good shape.
