Hi all,

I"m 28, regular metabolism, average build with a bit of a beer belly (10 pounds too heavy or so).

I used to smoke alost every day -- like 2 or 3 hits a day in the evening with a few beers. Never more than that - but still a hit or so at least every day.

I'm getting a job with a "drug free" company and have no idea when i'll be tested, but i'll have been clean for at least 1 month by the test date. I drink lots of water and will, on the test day if i can, drink Clear Choice Formula 1.

Any thoughts on if a month sounds reasonable for me based on how much i was smoking? What about Clear Choice -- or any other thoughts on detoxing? I have studied this issue years ago and heard niacin and goldenseal are b.s.

I don't even think you need to dilute or take any detox. You'll be naturally clean

I wouldn't call 2-3 hits a day a chronic user; that's like what, at most 3 grams, but probably more like a gram? A chronic or heavy user would be at least 3.5 grams a day, closing up on 4-5+ grams.

under the heading 'drug tests' it has a thing called the thc calculator. its not something that tells you exactly when you will be clean, but gives a max time. if you do it and fall below the line or pretty close to it, you're probably safe.

I smoke about an eighth a week (more or less) but smoke everyday. Is that chronic???

alright, lets get serious, we all know what chronic means, it means frequent use, so if you use everyday, you are a chronic smoker; if you cannot go for a day without having a bowl, you are a chronic smoker.
