Default A little help here...

I am a burner in a conundrum. I smoke weed everyday, I mean EVERY day for the last 6-7 years. I quit yesterday (01/02/05) because I just found out a new job that wants me to take a test on or around 01/15/05. Cold turkey between now and then is obviously not a problem and I have some of that Zydot stuff to take the morning before, but am looking for any other assistance that is available. If I fail this test I am a dead man!
Main question: what should I be doing between now and then to increase my odds. All feedback is greatly appreciated. Happy New Year and thanks again!

I would read more about substitution. It seems to be full porof. I had a test yesterday- had to leave my purse but not empty pockets, no one was watching- it would have been easy. The only thing a little tricky is the temp. If you don't want to do that I think the advice on high fiber - cereal or flax seeds or psyllum husks- this is what diet docs recommend to "flush out fat" -which is where thc is stored- combined w/ lots of water. Exercise speeds your metabolism by a lot so that may help- then do the dilution/ niacin thing the day of. Also do a home test before you go- I would do a copuple- one the day before so if it's still positive you have time to implement plan B-Good Luck!!

sure this is all well and good for some, but if adulterants are part of the testing methodology (which it is for all DOT standard jobs) then you are going to get flagged for adulteration and failed.

Bohdi has the right idea, IMHO....except, i don't know about the niacin.
High fiber, as stated, (along with EFA's and coconut oil) along with exercise have been shown to eliminate fat at a faster rate, and speed up metabolism.
(you might want to do some research on EFAs and coconut oil) It is used commonly by atheletes and people who stringently work out and is highly effective in burning fat and increasing metabolism.
(Mel....there's something to look into!)
