I am 18,5'5,175 lbs male,I have a decent metabolism,I eat McD's just about every day among other not so healthy foods, and havent noticed a change in weight.I usually smoked twice a week, but over the past 30 days I would say I smoked twice,just a few bowls each time (day) of some good nugget. I have abstained since 1/9 and my test is on 1/18 at 4:00pm. What method (other than substitution) would be best? I read about taking asprin,but I also read in a list of drug interactions that it produces as false positive. Any truth to that? Anyways,it is critical I pass this because it is my first test for probation.

You may have a shot of passing if you dilude properly. Just Follow S2's Method. To speed up cleansing time drink plenty of fluids, exercise, and eat a low fat diet with fiber. Good Luck...

Ahh, welcome to my world, lol jk .

For my First 4 or So UA's on my probation i would just drink 2-3 gallons of water before going in. Your pee will be VERY clear, if it wasnt for the warmth of it you would think it was water. This has worked for me every time, and as long as you abstain for 5-6 days before going in you should be fine. Get a test kid and try doing it. Works pretty good. The tests they give us around here are pretty simple ones that have 6 lines, top 3 show up only if it is pee(so they have said, i bought a home test kit and stuck it in 3 day old fountain cokeacola and it read as tho it was pee, and had clean results as tho no drugs were in the coke, haha) and the bottom 3 show up if the drug is not found in your body. When I went in i urinated about 15-20 times before i went in, started drinking about 2-3 hours before i went in for my UA. I had to pee in a small pastic cup while he stood behind me and watched. was in a small 3ftx3ft bathroom with just a toliot. he told me to fill it about 1/4inch up and give it back. I gave it to him and it looked like disani water, except for the bubbles at the top. He gave me a weird look and said "this is the weakest looking piss i have ever seen". But after he stuck the Test Strip in and waited about 2-3 mins, all lines were there and i passed. I abstained for about 10 days i beleive before i went in. I'm 6'0 160~ pounds. fair metabolism. If i were you i would but back on the Mcdonalds for a while and wouldent drink any sort of Soda for 3 days before going in. Not sure if that helps any or effects it, just what i do and it worked for me. And yes, drinking 3 gallons of water is unpleasent, but if u want to get off and no have a bunch of crap to do, its worth it. here are pretty much the exact steps:

1. Wake up in the morning and urinate alot, might even want to drink a little water before going to bed.(unless you have bladder problems :P)

2.Around 1:00pm (assuming your test is at 4:00pm) start drinking water, i would suggest keeping a steady pace with about a gallon an hour.

3. You should urinate around 15-20 times between 1:00 and 4:00. Your pee will be VERY clear.

4. I dont eat until i go in for my UA either, abstainin from food until 4:00 shoudlent be to hard, again, not sure if it helps any, but i figure it lets the water pass through your body easier.

Now this may not work if the tests they are giving you detect for flushing and look for abseen amounts of water in your urinine, the test we get dont, so it works for me. Just thought i would throw in what I do. Now, if this does work, dont keep giving the person a Watery clear urine sample, they start catching on and ask that you dont bring in THAT clear of samples all the time. Just abstain, thats the hard part tho right? lol
