First off, this is a great site. Very imformative on many topics.

Been reading about different methods mainly dilution, but im not sure if i even need it. I would hate to risk being flagged if im already clean.

Im about 175lbs with a medium metabolism, I have been smoking for about a year 2-3 bowls a day I stopped on Nov 6. then took one weak hit on Nov 23 of a bowl that was about cashed (very disappointed) but havent smoked since. Today is the 15th of January and my test is the 19th of Jan. I wasnt worried until this week but now im stressing. I havent been to the gym in about 6 months so i have not been doing all i should. Should i worry?

also i took an At Home test a little over a week ago and passed, but it wasnt the first piss of the day, so im going to try another hear in a day, Will it mess it up if im drinking alcohol the night before?

I'd say you are fine and don't need to bother with any of the methods on this site. Go ahead and test the first urine of the day just in case but I'm sure your clean. Good Luck...

Thanks for the input L&L,

My test is tomorrow so this morning i took an at home brand test with the first of the day and passed. So that is good. Im still a bit nervious, but everyone seems to think that the home tests are accurate so i guess i shouldnt be.

Well thanks for the info and i will post my results, Hopefully all goes well and i dont have to retake it for any reason, cause the Pink Floyd Laser Light Spectacular is coming to town shortly and i refuse to miss it

How sensitive are these test to the amount of liquids you drink?

I mean can you lightly dilute a sample if you think your almost clean that way you run less risk of dilution or should you just go all out and hope you dont get flagged.

I passed some home test but ive read a few people on here say that they passed the same test a week after smoking, should i Trust the test and go in with no concerns?

dilution does have degrees, whereby the more fluid you consume, the more diuted you will be. However, if you do pass a home test, there is no reason to think you could not pass the real thing

I guess i should stop being such a Chicken S***, and relax. I passed two At Home kits, one a few weeks ago and one today with my first urine of the day. been clean for 8 weeks so hopefully all goes well, I really want this job.

Well i just got back from my test and now i have more questions.

The test that i took was a 36232n SAp 8-100/300 test now i know ive see this explained before but i cant find it can someone please explain, i know 8 is the panels...

also it said if it comes back adultered i am subject to a hair test within 48hrs.

Heres what happend, I woke up drank a glass of OJ at about 8:30am took my MV and some B-vit, i had one multi and a B last night at about 10:30 i drank a 20oz Sobe and about 10oz water. At 12pm i had about 12oz powerade and a few tums, then about 130pm i had a MV and a few gulps of powerade. Also i took about 6 asprin from about 8:30 to 1:30, my test was at about 2:30. I pissed about 8 times during the morning.

I wasnt trying to get by with dilution just getting a little extrra liquid in there, but now i see this 8-100/300 and i think that means that 100 is the cut for pot and i think that 50 is what is on the home kits so i would have passed easily with no help now i think i am going to get flagged for dilution and hav to take a hair test that i wont pass.

Any thoughts??

Thanks for the confidence man, i hope you are right!!

I am sweating balls here for sure. I am a high stress person for sure. IM 22 and the nurse said my Blood pressure was a little high. But that will be good if i passed the test and can get my long awaited fix

Do you or anyone else know the answer regarding the test type? Is that the normal test that is given?
