| The danger/difficulty depends on the type of fast you pull. If it's like what Muslims do for the month of Ramadan, then it's just sunrise to sunset without food or water. That's not bad as long as you eat well before and after. In terms of the detox, I'm not sure it'll help. Whenever I fast (for religious reasons), I usually just get a lot of flatuence and sometimes I'll even gain weight because of the types of food I eat. Try lots and lots of cardio exercise with a healthy diet to suit the workout. From what I've read, the THC is stored in fatty cells... If you can burn the fat, maybe you'll lose the THC? Don't take my word for it though, I've never had to take a test. |
