I have been smoking pretty heavily for a few years, but i noticed i stopped getting hihg, wasnt holding it in long, etc... I pretty much stopped using heavily in the beginning of december and went from new years until last night not smoking at all. I got in a bad mood yesterday and got high (just one bowl) but i got pretty darn high, and i have a drug test coming up in 28+ days. I have been and plan on drinking about 2 gallons of water a day, and bought a detox kit from testingclean.com which i will start in about 5 days and it is supposedly going to clean me out completely, but i dont trust it. I am about 230 lbs and 6'3'' and regularly use the Stacker III diet pills which are supposed to be metabolizing fat burners ( been using these just about as long as i have been smoking) and they help me maintain my wieght with all the munchies i eat when i am high. I just was wondering if there is anything else i can do to clean me out. I am moving 1000 miles from home for a job and will be tested as early at Feb 15th. I am definately not going to smoke anymore before the test. Please advise, i do not excercise but plan on starting to jog every night. I wouldnt say i am all fat, i definatly have alot of muscle underneeth the fat, no belly, just a little man booby.

I hate to be the one to tell you this but you got taken on that "completely" clean program. They are bogus. If you haven't started try returning it.

Drink plenty of fluids, exercise, and eat a low fat diet with fiber.

With 28 days being clean you may be able to pass naturally without using any methods on this website. My advice go get a couple At Home tests and the days leading up tot the test see if you are able to pass with the first urine of the day. If you can you have nothing to worry about.

If not then you could pass with proper dilution. Or you could go with the somewhat safer method of substitution if you can find clean urine or buy some synthetic urine off the internet. I'll link both methods for you. Good Luck...
