I have a pre-employment urine drug test coming up within the next two weeks...

I am 5'10", 220 lbs, and have an OK metabolism. I work out at the gym here and there.

I can say I have smoked pretty consistently for past month or so. my last toke was on the 15th. Nothing crazy, but at least once a day.

I just found out about the test today ( 1/18) and I already starting drinking as much water as I can.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can pass this test? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Is this for pre-emp?

If so then I'd consider using substitution. You've got plenty of time to find clean urine of a friend or by ordering some synthetic off the internet or sometimes local headshops will even carry it.

If you know you will be observed then you could possibly pass with proper dilution. I'll link both methods for you. Good Luck...

Yes the test is for pre-employment.

I plan on checking out the local headshops tomorrow.

How are my chances if I eat right, drink loads or water ( and cranberry) and work out daily for the next 2 weeks?

If your asking what your chances of passing naturally without any methods on this website the chances are slim. But if you can find some clean urine and sub you have nothing to worry about. If you can't and can properly dilude you still will have a good shot. By the way don't get sucked in by any of those "Magic" potions that some headshop owners may try and sell you. You can receive the same results for next to nothing with the method I linked above. Good Luck...

Most people on this website seem to use the shampoo bottle but condoms will work just fine. Practice, Practice, Practice. Follow the instructions in N2's Sticky that I linked above because it'll give you everything you need to know. Remember if your getting someone's urine it will only be "good" for somewhere around 6 hours unless you freeze it right away. If frozen right away it can be used for a year. Good Luck...
