i have a piss test 4 a sports physical 2 morrow mornin. last time i smoked was sunday. im 150 and atheletic. wat 2 do??

I would get someones piss you know is clean and follow the substitution guide on these forums, if your brave enough and think you can dilut(also posted on these forums) go for it.

When was the last time before your last time?
