please i need help

hello,
this is my first time posting in here. I recently about a year ago was diagnosed with bipolor syndrom, after be treated for ADHD for the past 20 years. Since i was not treated for the proper illness, the meds for the ADHD has messed me up even more. I know for a fact that Bipolar syndrom can be treated by marinauna and i have given alot of research to my psychiatrist proving this. This doctor refuses to perscribe it. i still smoke everyday regardless of the perscription, but i get very nervous because of the stupid laws here in california. does anybody know of a way i can get marijanau perscribed medically and legit. Its not fair that i should have to walk on egg shells so that i dont get arrested for haveing to smoke herb for a chemical imbalance that i have no control over.
