BIGNOSE

I am 27, 6'2", and about 225 lbs. I have smoked on a regular basis for the last 10 years. For the past 4 years I have not been active what so ever...constantly behind my computer.
I mainly smoked b-loads and blunts. You could say in the past couple of months, a blunt per evening.
I last smoked December 26th. Since January 6th (two weeks ago), I have began a low carb, high protein diet. I have been drinking 1 gallon of water per day, along w/ taking fat loss pills and colon cleansing pills. I have also been working out at the gym, running a minimum of 3 miles or 45 minutes. I have lost 10-12 pounds in this two week period.
I am scheduled for court on the 7th of January. I would assume that I will have to piss sometime near that date.

1.) Should I continue to work out?
2.) Should I continue to drink water?
3.) Should I plan to dillute?
4.) What precautions should I take being that I have an additional 2 weeks before my pisser test?

Any recommendations/opinions will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Im assuming you meant 7th of February?

yes keep working out
drink a normal amount of water -- extra does nothing to clean you out
BUY HOME TESTS and know for sure whats going on in your urine with and without dilution/aspirin

In the next 2 weeks? Buy a substitution device and get some clean urine for a failsafe backup

S2, I believe He (or she) will be observed while taking a court ordered test.
I don't think substitution is an option. Sounds like he (or she) is on the right track if they want to dilute.

You ARE doing all the right things right now...sounds like you've done your homework. You can get some home tests on E-bay for like 3 bucks a peice.
I do believe if you continue what you are doing now, you should be able to pass your test with dilution, and perhaps without. Getting half a dozen home tests and monitoring your progress would probably behoove you. (it would be good). Hope you'll come back here and let us know how things go.
