LiveandLearn, you have said in multiple threads "the CAN and WILL random you". so not true!! from what i know, they have 2 types of methods: scheduled and random, and yes you will be notified if you are on random or not. it all depends on what type of probation, charge etc. my PO doesn't even contact me, nothing at all. i go to her, that's it. i smoked out most of probation already, nearly everyday, but recently stopped cuz i slipped up and didn't dillute before i went, and of course she didn't send me to the lab, she tested me there but hey only got 3 more months prob. that's right, no jail time! i'm not suggesting smoking on probation but if it's misd. you have a chance of not goin to jail if you drop dirty. if you want any more advice about probo just ask...4 months to go!
