|  Can I Pass?? Ok. I was smoked a lot, almost everyday up until like Christmas time. I smoked here and there until like January 4th or 5th and I took a two week break, and drank a lot of water during the two weeks. Last night I smoked a blunt with two friends and took a couple bowl hits. I have a court date this Wednesday, Jan. 26th. My lawyer is tyring to get my charges dropped because it took the cop 6 months to file my report. My lawyer told me that if the district judge thinks that was too long, he'd drop the charges based on a retest (I got stopped at a sobriety checkpoint, cops smelled weed, found weed, charged me with a DUI, tested my blood). I dont know if they would retest me right then and there on the day of my court, but if they did, do you think I could pass a test by wednesday? |
