WTF is that ...my boi told me that if i drank viniger n water that it would clean out my system..he musta been hi cuz i never herd of that ish...is this tru..if it is how much do i gotta drink n how many days prior to the test? i got one more question too...i smoked on saturday n i gotta test in bout a week n a half like i said i play ball evryday for 2hrs n exercise alot i dont have alot of fat n' my metabolism is quick ,i take b6 and b12 vitamins up to 133% and 300% daily i also drink lots of Propel water and Powerade which also contain these b vitamins ..if i followed the dilution methods will i be able to pass ..jus curious

I was told this too but from reading this forum with many, many, many experienced people, I found out that this will NOT work. I just wonder how these myths get started. Probably just really diluted and were not checked for SG or Creatine levels at the time. I'm not the expert here by any means, but I dont think a week and a half would be good enough alone, but maybe with dilution. I have a test coming up soon for pre-employment and I will be using the substitution method as plan A and dilution as plan B, do you know if it will be supervised?

The B-2 is only good for coloring your urine. Although the powerade is good for keeping your SG levels up. Just read those links and hopefully one works for you. Good luck and let us know how you come out.
