| Well, I'm glad the interview went well. I would probably be concerned if an HR person who was interviewing me said anything about praying. That always gives me a bad vibe. I once worked as a waiter at a restaurant. We got this new manager who started posting quotes about and by jesus all over the place. I would rip them down because I asked her to remove them and she wouldn't. She claimed that Jesus was for everyone. One problem: I'm Jewish. Now, I respect JC and the work he did, but we just don't believe he was god. He was Jewish. :-) lol I just feel that a good work environment is simple and professional. I wouldn't want to have to listen to gospel every morning just as I don't want to hear about some chick that some dude had sex with and then never called. The whole thing makes me uncomfortable. It's different amongst friends, I guess, but work should be about work, not god or religion... Unless, of course, you were applying at a place that has something to do with religion. Well, good luck. Sounds great. With the extra time, you should be golden. |
