look in your other original thread. Some people use it to gain muscle but the way you will be taking it, you wont feel or see anything out of the ordinary other than hopefully a clean test.

Any creatine will do. Just take the normal daily dosage suggested on the product.

The people who use it reguarly are trying to gain performance in the Gym. We on the other hand take it so that we are able to drink more fluids without being flagged for dilution.

So I just picked up some of GNC's Creatine Monohydrate from Rite-Aid (on sale right now) but there were a couple different kinds. I think one just had more other vitamins or something so I got the basic one. It says 'In the body, creatine is converted to creatine phosphate..." I thought I read it should be converted to creatinine in S2's sticky. I picked up some B-complex and aspirin too but will have to get some powerade tomorrow. I hope this is the right creatine or else I'll have to look for that tomorrow too.

This is what I will follow (keep in mind I still don't know when I will be tested)but since the interview is for a hospital I heard they do their own testing (urine)

THIS IS JUST A PRECAUTION FOR INTERVIEW DAYstill have no idea if i will be tested that same day, since this is the second interview)

1. From the day my interview was schedule and the interview was exactly 7 days...........so of course....clean 7 days

2. Tons of water ( 60 oz the last for days ...starting today)

3. 1000mg golden seal root X 3 per day for 5 days ( even though it might not work) might continue for the remaining days.

4. Drinking Juice everyday ( orange, tomotoe,fruit punch,lemon concentrated and pickle juice)

5. continue water intake

6. day before planning on a nice juicy steak (maybe two), 1/2 gallon of Orange Juice.

7. day of wake up at:

5:00 Am- void my first urine, drink 16 oz of cranberry juice
5:30 AM- void second urine, drink 16oz of water, take 3 tums
6:00 Am - drink 16oz of cranberry,Take 2 aspirins, 1 mega women vitamin
6:30 am - down as much water as i can take 3 tums, void urine
7:00 am - take 2 aspirins and three tums, down cranberry juice
7:30 am - take 1 mega women vitamin and 1 tum
8:00 Am - Leave to Interview
8:30 am - arrive at interview
9:00am - schedule interview starts


and i'll let you know if i'm tested that same day or not

Good luck on your second interview! I am hoping to be called back for the second round of interviews myself early this week but they wont test me there.

Since you are drinking so much the day of, I really hope you dont piss your pants during the interview. When is this interview anyways? My friend works as a RN for a hospital so I can ask when they tested him and let you know.

I just read that they test for goldenseal.
Supposedly, if it is detected they claim a positive.

Just follow S2's Method. It has the best success rate of any dilution method I've seen.

yeah i will use that dilution method i change my schedule around a bit, I think they will just give me a simple quick drug test nothing fancy ( i hope) . my interview is on thursday.

and my friend had taken a drug test with then about two years ago. anyways she mad me angry because shes not much help. I keep asking her was it a random test or not. she said it would be random. But me and my boyfriend remember her telling us that she had drank a "drink" that would clean her that day. obviously she must of had some warning to know she had the test( anyways she didn't dilute and had smoked the night before, so she failed) from what she told us back then. plus she worked with the hospital one week before they told her the test resultsand fired her. so i think i will at least get a warning i'm just taking precautions. as for her shes probably hating because i will probably be slick enough to pass.

anyone who knows the deal with hospital employment test. please post.

I have not taken my test yet. My second interview was great, the lady loved me. She said i answered all my questions properly and to the point. She also said she rarely has great interviews, anyways I ended up interviewing her..lol ( hows that for a pot head ) . I will definately hear from them in a week to take the drug screening and the orientation class. I was definately prepared to take the test today but a week extra to be clean will be a plus.

PS. some how we went into the drugs topic ( of course I have never used any drug...lol) and she said we must pray for those who do drugs..... I am definately ahead of her I pray for my well being every night!
