| On New Year’s Eve I enjoyed a joint or two and a few steamroller bowls. On January 5th I had an accident on the job, and of course I had to pee in a cup that same day. A friend of mine works in the office of my company (I’m a field technician and I’m only in the office in the morning to clock-in, and the afternoon to clock-out). I had not talked to him from the time of my accident until January 20th. He asked why I had not been fired, and I said I had no idea, but that I fully expected it to happen. He told me our HR person had quit the company right around the time my lab results were due back (usually 2-3 days after the sample is taken), and that there were several envelopes from the lab in the office mailbox. So now it's nearly three weeks since my accident. My workweek is Sunday through Thursday, and on Sunday the office has a skeleton crew. When I went in this morning I nabbed all five of the envelopes from the mailbox. I opened all of them, but none were mine. I seriously doubt my results were negative. If my results were positive, I figured I would have been fired by now because there is a new HR person in place. The report that I posted below shows the sample collection date as August of last year, but it was just recently delivered to our office. Now I don't know what to think. Anyway, I thought everyone would like to see what a lab report looks like. All of the person's confidential information has been removed. http://img161.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img1...breport5xv.jpg |
