Urine Test... How should I prepare? It's 6:30pm right now... the test is tomorrow afternoon

What type of test is it (probation or pre-emp)?
How long was it since your last smoke?

Weigh 170-180

Smoked a couple times a day...

most recent smoke was a week ago

Alright well I am just going to go ahead and guess that you won't be able to get clean urine in-between now and the test so substitution is out the window. Your best chance of passing would be to use S2's Dilution Method that I'll link below. Good Luck...

Although it depends where your get tested, I have two friends who passed who smoke everyday and they passed.
