I took my test last Tuesday (1/25/05), so the lab didn't get it until the next day. I'm really stressing on why I haven't received the results yet. I've heard that when it takes longer then 2 to 3 days, then they have probably found something and breaking it down to figure out what it is. Am I stressing over this for nothing or is a week a little long to hear back for results. Any responses are welcome. I really appreciate this board and all the information.

**I did break down and call the HR recruiter for the company because I'm supposed to give my 2 week notice at work if I pass this test. I talked to her in a way where it didn't sound like I was too stressed over it. Basically just told her I needed to verify everything was in place so that I can give my notice. Anyway, she told me that Health Services hasn't gotten the results yet. (this was this morning @ 9:30 am)

Has anyone ever had to wait a week (lab urine test) to get results - AND passed??

I might be in the same situation as you very soon, I dont wanna give my 2 weeks until I know for sure. Im afraid they will tell me im hired and to give my two weeks in a couple days and then go take the drug test and they will assume I will pass. I really hope I can join the sub club when I test... good luck to you too!

I was offered the job on the 24th and I accepted it. My start date is Valentine's day. The people that are hired from this company to move me has already called me wanting to set up a time for the move. I don't want to waste anyone's time if I did fail. God I hope I didn't fail it. I used Test Pure (which is a dilution method), but my test tested for 20 ng/ML and the confirmation was on 5 ng/mL. I'm tripping pretty hard on this. This company is a great place to work with good benefits, plus closer to my home town. I am hoping I will find out tomorrow what the results are. I'll definitely let everyone know the results.
