You just made everyone in this forum loose 10 IQ points, how do you feel about that?

First off read the posting guidelines. Do not attack other members. It's their opinion and they are entitled to it. Second off, I applaud killavanilla for questioning other people's thoughts. He has done his homework and contributed to these forums by helping others out in the stress of trying to pass UA's.

But not gauranteed. Err on the side of caution sounds very logical to me. There is no harm to a little extra insurance, and peace of mind.

All good points but in my opinion if you are able to pass a home test with the first urine of the day and then pass yet another home test with the first urine then why bother risking dilution and further abstience. My advice has always been if you can pass a home test (w/ first urine) then drink a nice tall glass of water before departing to the lab and of course give a mid-stream sample. Wizard1 I'd also like to thank you for putting so much time into these forums and helping people with their problems.
