Creatinine and specific gravity test strips that is. I have the test strips that I mentioned in the aspirin dilution thread ( Intec 7 urine test strips) and am ready to play around with them. I will not be testing for thc metabolites, only specific gravity and creatinine. feel free to suggest variations for me to try.

At this point I will first check my creatinine and SG in normal circumstances when I am normally hydrated. I'll then dilute with water at variuos levels without supplementation. Then I'll take creatine supplements and dilute with Gatorade and see how the reaciton is-- then I'll do some fine tuning to see if we can come up with a reasonably assurable regimin to keep creatinine and SG in proper range when diluting.

Does anyone have good know how of creatine supplements and which ones I should consider?

When I used to take creatine I used a supplement called "Mega Creatine" by GNC Pro Performance and can obviously be found at GNC if any are in your area. They come in seperate packets for easy doses. It is also combined with phosphates and the loading phase is NOT necessary. Hope this helps and thanks for contributing even more the forums...

This standard creatine monohydrate is also from GNC. I dunno personally, but from what I've read, I think that taking 5 grams, once or maybe twice per day would be about right for this purpose. Also I imagine that some of the drink like Sobe that come loaded with creatine might be effective also?

While the creatine dosage should be easy to manipulate, the specific-gravity is the tricky part. I've read many posts about people coming up diluted and it seems to nearly always involve drinking a whole gallon or more of water, but it rarely seems to happen if they had only drank 2-3 quarts instead. Of course drinking gatorade instead of water, especially with added salt should help, I believe that the amount of liquid causes more of a problem for the SG if not the color & creatinine levels also when people drink a gallon or more, instead of just 2-3 quarts. Also the dilution sticky by N2 adds up to only 2-3 quarts, and it's been proven effective, right? But if you also used thc tests, then you could verify that. I saw them on ebay for only 3 for $6.50, or 5 for $10. But then I guess you might need to abstain for a few days to get the dilution working on the thc, eh?

Are the Rolaids or Tums theoretically supposed to help with the SG also? So I assume you'll be testing it with and without those to be sure. And since Gatorade has a pretty high sodium content already, I hope you will test it with and without the added salt to see how much difference that makes.

Thanks again for doing this. I wish i could test it myself, but as I'm a medical user with some bad IBS and such, I know it would really be torture. But I've helped dozens, maybe even hundreds of stoners on another site pass their tests from what I've learned here, especially from posts by you and N2.
