I am a casual smoker and I will be going for my test later today, thanks to these great forums I now have a good feeling about it. 6'0 210 12.5%bf. I work as a trainer and workout with weights 3 times per week teach 2 spinning classes a week and play rugby twice a week. I am about to start a new job with a tech company. I am using the dilution/aspirin technique and I used the roche at home test which I passed first thing in the morning, first piss of the day...however the cutoff for that is 50 and as you can see, mine is 20. I will post later on when I find out what the results are. Thanks again and wish me luck.

btw......haven't smoked in almost two weeks, and before tht is was mybe once or twice a week off and on for a few weeks

that's odd that your test has a lower cutoff, i wonder why... are you in the US? but good luck!
