here is my concern, my work has just started a new random drug testing policy. they are starting that two months from now so i have 8 weeks to get clean for a piss test, i have been smoking everyday for the past two years, i am 5`8 and weight 213 pounds right now, i plan on jogging for the first 4 weeks and my goal is to get down to 190 lbs.in that 4 weeks then i will have 4 more weeks left till the random tests start and plan on drinking lots of water during the 8 weeks and also plan on home testing every 10 days after the first 3 weeks are up. i know everyones motabolizim is different but i am so scared of falling i wanted to get some experienced advice on here from the pot experts on here. and also on the first day of the random testing starts i also plan on drinking a quart of water on my way to work everyday till i know i am clean with no water help to try and make sure it will be delutied so the first piss will not be just straight pee. thanks everyone in advance.

i would go with gatorade instead of water, and also start taking basic creatine supplements and vitamin B2

you may also want to modify your diet to help burn fat during the exercise period, here's a list of foods that may help: http://www.webterrace.com/fat/burning.htm

also you know that all that exercise and diet needs to be reversed a week before your test, so your body goes into a fat-storing mode instead.

i would also consider subbing with synthetic, (just so i could keep smoking) but it's a good idea to at least be clean the first time to see if subbing will be a viable option for the future.

Welcome to the world of random testing, sucks don't it!? With at least 2 months i think you'll be fine. And i assume they're "starting" the program in 2 months which means you may have a lot of time after that before you are even called. I would'nt sweat it.
