Tom Sizemore arrested for failing drug test.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Actor Tom Sizemore, who has been on probation for abusing his ex-girlfriend, Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, was taken into custody in court Thursday after a probation officer reported that he had failed a drug test, Sizemore's lawyer confirmed.
Attorney Michael Rovell said the incident occurred on Feb. 1 when Sizemore reported to his probation officer to take a urine test.

Rovell said Sizemore had been granted permission by his judge to leave for Cambodia next week to take a role in a movie on the Southeast Asian prostitution trade, but only if he agreed to be tested for drug use on a daily basis.

When the actor took his Feb. 1 urine test, Rovell said, the reading indicated the temperature was too low for it to have come from his body, and he was accused of concealing a supply of clean urine on his body.

Rovell said Sizemore has denied trying to cheat on the test, adding the actor volunteered to be tested again but was refused. He said Sizemore has also taken and passed a lie-detector test on the subject.

"We were sorely disappointed and surprised at the result," he said of Sizemore's jailing.

The actor's bail was set at $25,000, said sheriff's Sgt. Diane Hecht. Rovell said it would be posted Friday.

"He would have been out today, but it happened so late in the day we couldn't get the bond in time," Rovell said.

Sizemore is scheduled to return to court on Feb. 24.

Rovell said the actor is drug free and currently residing in a sober-living facility in Whittier, a suburb immediately east of downtown Los Angeles.

i wonder how he screwed up the temperature on that... probably too lazy or methed out to abuse the heat pack properly

i know PO's were on to these, but i hope this press doesn't become a wakeup call for the rest of the industry to start watching us closer now for employment tests too

grillmeats, yes it really works, the synthetic urine works like a charm... but like everything else, following the instructions is critical, such as using the heat pack and checking the temperature. also there is a clicking noise it makes when you activate it. and probation officer's are well aware of these and catching many of them lately, so i wouldn't recommend it or any substitution for probation. besides they can get into more trouble as the above example, instead of merely risking a job. also it's not worth it for $150 fake dick just for pre-employment testing, because they usually don't watch you at all and you can just get the dehydrate synthetic urine sample for only $12 each, or 3 for $30, and heat packs for only $1 each from whizzinator.com and then use a simple pastic bottle or condom to smuggle it in with. the place where i would buy a whizzinator is if i worked like a mill if they do random or monthly testing and they observe the tests so you can't use any bottles, but they don't actually watch you as close as a PO does, and probably never heard of a whizzinator so it would probably get by them.
