On New Years Eve I took a couple of hits. I am on probation and I took a urine test about a week ago, so it was about a month since I smoked. I am 6 foot and 175 pounds and active. I am nervous because if I fail, I go to jail. Can someone with more experience with this ease my nerves? Thanks

Are you on probation or on parole. If on parole, which is federally funded, there is a higher chance for a urine test. If you are on probation, which is state or county funded, the chances that you will get a urine test are slim to none. (knowledge thru experience of working closely with the court systems in current job of 8 years) Your best bet is to obtain and use information provided by this web site on keeping your urine clean, has worked for several people I currently toke with Forgot to mention, when on probation, keep your meeting (dont show up high), do your **** for the courts, and dont give you probation officer a reason to give you a urine test, then you probally will not get one. Have known people on probation for several years who toke and have never taken urine test.

antler he already took a test, tony if you aren't a heavy smoker and it's been a month since you smoked I would be willing to bet money that you passed.
