Hi everyone. I thought I would add this to the urine testing threads because while L-theanine and green tea do not help cleanse your system of thc, they mimic the relaxing effect of thc. Not only that but it makes you more alert while relaxing you at the same time. I was taking it about 4 months ago and felt out of this world good. When I say good I mean I felt like I did as kid prior to injesting any drugs at all. So the point of this thread is that when we pot smokers quit smoking for a period of time we often feel uptight and a little edgy which makes us miss our herb all the more, risking relaspse when we need to stay away from our little friend. L-theanine and green tea takes that edge off. There are a ton of sites about L-theanine and I recomend that you do a search on them. Just a little help for those that miss the relaxing effect while abstaining.
