Hey i am in a counselling program where I have been taking random drug tests and using my own piss and they have been coming up clean because right now I am clean. Once i tried to pee just a lil in the cup and then fill the rest up with water and it came back as being diluted - the level of some chemical was 7 when my normal was like above 100. Is this creatinine? the cutoff she said is 30. What can I do to put extra creatinine in me? Also, since they have my prior urine tests on file if I started to use urine from one of my clean buddies who is male, would they be able to tell a difference between his and mine? Thanks for any help

my best advice in your situation would be to stay clean until your program is over. dilution does not mean adding water to the sample. you're supposed to drink the water. this is covered in the sticky along with other tips and intructions such as how much to drink (2-3 quarts), what is better to drink than water for the specific gravity reading (gatorade), what can help you fool the test strip (aspirin), how to add yellow color back into your sample (vitamin B2), and how to get your creatiniine levels up (by taking creatine supplements for 3 days in advance, or eating lots of read meat, or drinking creatine loaded drinks like Sobe, but it needs 24-48-72 hours to metabolize into the creatinine which they tested it for), and how you can get your own home thc test to pretest yourself with. and they would not be able to tell the difference in urine unless it's too cold or they watched you. did you have enough privacy? read the sticky thread for subbing tips also. good luck

yeah it's completely private i could easily carry something in my pocket then just dump it in the cup.. they don't test for temperature they just send em off to a lab and they sit outside in a box for pickup for a while so the temp would be cold anyways

in this case it seems you have answered your own question; if you are able to walk in unobserved and you have no validity checks i.e. temperature, then by all means, bringing in clean urine is your best alternative.
