Question: By and large, due to the crappy nature of my refridgerator and my general lack of skill as a cook, I hardly ever buy red meat to keep and cook here at my apartment. In addition, when I go out to eat I rarely order red meat, not out of any aversion but mainly because I'm more of a pasta/chicken kind of guy. As a result, I imagine my creatine/creatinine levels may be lower than some; if I have a drug test on too short of notice to begin a creatine supplement regimen, can I circumvent the issue by explaining that I've recently converted to vegetarianism? Or is there a hidden speed bump for which I'm not accounting? I just read the Fooling The Bladder Cops section about Creatine that said Vegetarianism doesn't cause much variation in creatinine levels. Crap. I have a drug test later this afternoon, though I'm not sure when. I know it'll be before 5PM (currently 11:29AM), and I'm planning on following the Aspirin Dilution method, but I don't know what to do about the creatine/creatinine thing, especially considering that trying to alter my creatinine level on such short notice would have little effect. I guess I just cross my fingers and pop some aspirin? In a case of half-truth, I have a bleeding stomach ulcer. Could I tell them that I haven't been able to eat red meat because of that? I figure if I'm going to vomit stomach acid and blood a few times a year, I should at least get a good excuse in return.

You did not give much info about last time how much, etc. I don't know if you can use the low creatine excuse, never tried it, but I think that maybe not eating a lot of protein may cause creatine levels to be lower than someone who eats a lot of meat If you're in a life or death situation and test pos., maybe try asking a doctor to give you a lab test to see if, in fact your creatine or protein levels are low If possible, if I were in your shoes from what you told me I might try a drink product I've used them before and followed directions, when you follow directions exactly the products seem to work I've never tried homemade dilution techniques The products do seem easier Most products seem to require 48 hrs clean for them to work however, one time I used a product and the prescription (vico) I took that morning did not appear on the test Well, that's what I know good luck let us know what you do & how you did

Apologies, here're my specs: 5'9", 180 lbs, avg metabolism, I hardly ever work out, and the last time I smoked was last Thursday, six days ago. I smoked a quarter-ounce of hydro over the two weeks prior to that Thursday, but before that day I'd not smoked for 23 days. I may bite the bullet and buy another bottle of The Stuff, though I know it basically works on dilution; it's the only way I could foreseeably get any creatinine in me before the test.
