| I have to quit smoking for a few months and I will be heavily monitored during this time. What is the best thing I can do to get my thc level to drop as quickly as possible. My metabolism is not very fast, I weigh about 200lbs, and I have been smoking about an 1/8 a day for the last few years. I am not very physically active. I just need to get the thc out of my system as fast as possible, not just mask it for a particular test. The last time I smoked was 2/19. I get tested frequently and randomly, so dilution is to risky because I have no time to do it before a test. I know the thc will remain for a while no matter what I do, but what is the best thing I can do to get it out as quick as possible? |

| exercise!!! keep in mind though, this will dump more thc into your blood/urine, so if you know a test date leave yourself 3-5 days to stop the workouts so the thc metabolites that got dumped from your exercising will clear from your blood/urine. also eat lots of fiber and plenty of water (just 8 glasses a day, no need for more than that)
