Hello I was just wondering if I can get some valuable info from out there. I am 27, 5' 7", 135-140lbs, fast to extremely fast metabolism, no body fat, moderate to high athleticism. I last smoked yesterday a small (3/8"-1/2") tail from a blunt. In the previous months my smoking has been moderated to about a half a blunt to a whole blunt a day. Question would I be considered a cronic smoker? Also I have read that THC is stored in fat, since I have little to no fat(135lbs-140lbs, 5'-7") to store THC, how long should that THC remain in my system? Is there a way to burn it out faster? I do have a pretty fast and intack metabolism( I won't gain weight for the life of me, no matter what I eat, how much and even high protein and whey products will not cause me to gain an ounce!). Thank anyone with any knowledge to help me thank you!

yes, you would be considered a chronic smoker if you smoke everyday. do you have a test coming up? if so how soon will it be, and what is it for? a job or probation? normlly you could be testing dirty for about a month, but from what you say about your metabolism, you might be one of the lucky ones, and could be clean sooner, but you'll need to get some home THC tests and pretest yourself periodically to be sure. but after a few days or so of abstinance, the aspirin dilution plan would probably work for you. this can also be confirmed by doing a practice run and using another home test.

if you have a few weeks or more to get clean then you can help speed up the process by exercising, daily if possible, weights & cardio combined is best. also eat lots of fiber, vegetables and drink lots of water too. stay away from fast foods and fatty foods. but such a program takes about a week to really start working, and then you need another week or two to get results from it, and then you must stop doing all of that about 5 days before your test, and do the opposite to put your body into a fat-storing mode.... be lazy and eat lots of fatty foods then.

the home thc tests are only $1.65ea on ebay, and pretest yourself at least a few days prior to your test, using your 1st piss of the day to see if you're clean. if not, start taking the creatine supplements at least a few days before your test and practice the gatorade-aspirin dilution plan and retest yourself to make sure it works including the optimal vitamin B2 coloring. if you can pass the home test, then by following the same plan after another day or so of abstinance, you can be pretty sure to pass the real test too. but if the test is not observed, like for a normal job, that will be your backup plan just in case, as it's not a 100% sure thing. if it's not for probation, you can get some synthetic urine, like quickfix4.0 or other clean sub urine to use for Plan A. read the sticky threads at the top of this forum, on dilution, substitution & tips by mel.

Pectin limits the amount of fat your cells can absorb. This will put a natural limitation on the amount of fat your cells can absorb. Pectin, once in your system, has a water binding property, it absorbs watery substances, and these watery substances in turn bombards the cells and makes it release fat deposits.

Add applesauce (it's loaded with pectin), apples, fresh fruit and berries, to your diet and let the power of pectin pulverize the fat that accumulates on your cells. An apple a day can help keep the fat away.

Garlic oil or the juice of garlic has a significant protective quality to cells which help to reduce fatty deposits. When taken, it brings down the levels of fat. Thank you for that post Locutus- that should be somewhere where more people can read it! I'm going to print it out and keep it around. Newbreed- I'm betting you will be one of the lucky ones- the home tests are great for figuring out how long you need to abstain to stay clean. It varies wildly from person to person but the two major factors seem to be chronicity and metabolism. But even after you figure it out don't get too comfortable- always check with a test and always dilute for the real test- following the protocol of course.

i have stats very close to you....my history on drug tests....

i passed a home test in 14.5 days after smoking nearly everyday last year (first pee of the day)...and of course passed the real one with no dillution.

every home test after that i can pass in 9.5 days (first pee of the day) and pass the real one the next day no problem.

hope that helps, don't know if it's just me or if everyone with stats like us would have close detox times.

No....you are very fortunate....just because a person has the same stats as yourself, it does not mean they will clean out that fast. It's a great point of reference, but it could take this person twice as long as you. You definetly clean out faster than the average person....even someone the same size.
9 days is fast after chronic smoking. I have similar stats as both of you, and takes me 14 to 18 days to pass with first pee of the day....and, THAT seems to be faster than many people I know.
That is my opinion....of course.
