I have been off the pot for about 30 days. I am 220#, work out 2x per week. Usage equates to not much more than once a week prior to Feb. 11, 05. I took two at home tests, one in the afternoon and one with first pee of the day. Both were negative. Based on what everyone has posted I feel confident that I am clear. Other than abstaining from the last month and drinking a bottle of H2O on my way to the lab, I did not do anything.

I figure with two negatives, infrequent use, etc. I should be ok.

I took a Pre-Emp test Monday, and am just waiting to call Thursday to confirm that my new employer got what they needed from the lab.
