I have to take a pee test tomorrow for an international adoption physical so obviously I need to pass it. I smoke everyday and have for years, few hits three or four times a day, cheap dirt weed. I am 5'7, 130 lbs, don't really exercise but have a pretty fast metabolism. I quit smoking on March 6th but had one hit this past Friday. Tested with an At Home kit on this past Monday with first pee of the day and it was positive. Tested today mid day pee, after i had a couple of cups of coffee but not trying to dillute and it was negative. Pee test is a four tomorrow afternoon. I still nervous even though it was negative! Do you think I am cool or should I dillute, aspirin, etc.?

I believe you should probably still dilute.....no harm in taking that extra precaution.
Good luck though....Truly hope you pass.

you'll probably be just fine, but if i were you i'd play it as safe as possible... and be fully prepared to dilute, having another home test or two on hand, along with 2-3 quarts of gatorade, vitamin B2 & aspirin, then drink just a couple of pints of water or coffee and pre-piss a few times in the morning, and test yourself at noon. then if it's positive, go ahead with the dilution method, just 2 quarts, and then re-test yourself again before the real test if possible to be certain it's working... could always add a 3rd quart if needed. be sure to use the mid-stream technique as well. good luck
