|  Am I clean I quit 6 weeks ago had a slip up after 2 weeks just a half a joint..So, I have been clean for 4 weeks...I was a cronic smoker more than 6 joints a day for 11 years.. I do not exercise at least not latley..I am 31 years old weigh 155lbs. I have a urine test next friday should I be worried about it? |

| You should be OK. Rather than guess about it, get yourself a home THC test and find out. The first part of the first pee of the morning contains the highest concentration of THC metabolites. If you test negative on that you will definitely test negative for the real test.
