I took my at home test and it came up very very faint. I was wondering do you think ill be fine in a week? Ive been runnin a lil bit. Eating non fatty foods as much as possible. 175lbs fast metabolism about average exercise. Last time i smoked was 6 days ago(good stuff).

What time of the day did you take it? Try taking it first in the morning and then after diluting and compare the 2 results.

If you can pass with the first pee of the morning you'll pass all day.

A couple days before the test, start eating fatty foods and getting no exercise. THC is stored in fat cells. When you're burning fat it releases THC (actually THC metabolites) into your bloodstream and you remove it from your system mostly in your urine. When you're storing fat no THC gets released. In the last few days before your test you want to be storing fat and flushing out the THC in your bloodstream by drinking lots of water or sports drinks. The sports drinks help to restore your electrolytes, which get flushed out with everything else.

If you're getting a faint line now you should be OK in a week. I'd test again the morning of the real test and if you don't pass dilute, substitute, or dope the sample.

first piss of the day was same color as control line. What should i do so all my other levels of everything else are normal(salt level,gravity)?

If you passed with your first piss of the day, then you don't need to dilute. You just said it was the same color as the control line, which usually means a pass.
