they do check i.d when you go in for your test, so unless she could pass for you looks wise, I would advise not to because you could get into a lot of trouble for that.

My brother had a friend piss for him once, they are dead ringers though and their physical characterisitcs like weight and height are identical. It'd not like they are going to do a blood test to confirm its you but I would make sure she is a dead ringer.

Good luck, I don't see how you could get caught. If you do the punishment will depend on why you were taking the test, and yes, your sister will also face criminal penalties.

You don't see how they could get caught? I could see them getting caught fairly easily unless this person looks very similar to her drivers license picture.
