|  Anybody? I've smoked every day for a year (about 10 "hits" a day).I'm 6'1" 235 and haven't smoked in 6 days.How long approximately should I wait to take a test? I have the option to wait but not for very long.My friend says water ,water,water.Any help is appreciated. |

| Normally it takes up to thirty days to clean up withouty intervention. We've had reports from people who weren't clean in 90 days. Drinking a lot of fluids and exercising/good diet will speed that up. Get yourself some home THC tests and see how you are doing. If you pass the home test you'll pass the real thing. | Thanks I've become a "couch potato" since our second child came along and am bigger than I usually am.(I'm usually around 210)so i'm kinda pissed that it's gonna take the full 30 days to get clean.Exercise and diet, huh?I guess this is one way to get back in shape..lol Thanks for the help ,i'm still gonna be nervous tho |
