ENSNasty

First off I smoke 2-3 times a week usually only a bowl each time. Last week I smoked on Wens, Thurs, Fri with 2-5 hits each day. I started to drink water and piss like crazy monday when I found out about the test. I took some creatine last night and this morning. Today I have been drinking as much water as possible and 4 hours before the test I took 4 asprin then 2 hours before the test i took a Vitamine B complex. I just took the test and my piss was a clean yellow. How good are my chances of passing, and if i do fail will this failed test go on my record or will I just not get the job? BTW I am 5'8 165 pounds that is pretty lean muscle, body fat below 8%
