Twice with a 60ml. conical, under my nut, (clean female urine). Whatever you must do to get it fresh, the day of the test, it will stay warm under your nut with no support. Always comes out between 96-94 F. Gender does not matter, just keep it warm. My last time: the lab ran a GC on my specimen no problem , unless I grew tits or started running to the store for tampons it was my girlfriends piss, so please dont fear stand up for the cause. Oh,(only if you use a conical ) shake the sample up before you dump it into the cup so it looks like you just wizzed, and if you can lock the door do it, I do. I 98% sure they only watch when it is leagal stuff, court, probation, etc. Practice as much as possible, temp, technique, you can go pick up a self test and practice into the cup, they are just like the test day cup, temp strip and all, good luck and keep your calm, be professional, and smoke it up, ****' EM
