New to this, Need help.

I haven't smoked for 12 days and before that i smoked once a week tops. I have a drug test possibly next wendsday for a job, so that would mean that the test would be about 19 days after i smoked. Should i worry and do anything extra-ordinary to detox or should drinking lots of gatorade and cranberry juice be ok.? I really appreciate any help.

Almost forgot i'm 5'11 155 pounds and work out everyday. I know you guys hear this alot so I really appreciate the Veterans helping out the new guys.

i share the same situation as you 14 days clean, light use before. my test is friday i'll update as soon as i find out my results. i recommend taking a at home test 17 dollars. all about burning fat. i found green tea pills at walgreens that speed up your metabolism. all about your size weight the lower your fat percentage the faster it's out. no veteran that's just what i've learned through my research. Hope i helped a little

just being cool letting everyone know i passed, two weeks clean , slightly diluted about 24 oz h2o. daily allowance b complex .

For daily usage, I know of extreems from 10 days to 90+ days. If you are not certain you are clean enough to pass, you should at least dilute. Substituting a clean sample, for those that have done it, is always the prefered way to pass a pre-employment test. Hope that helps. N2
