Hey I was wondering how much creatine I am supposed to take and how soon before my test. I plan on following the dilute method, but worried about the right amount of creatine to have in my system? Is it possible to show too much in your urine. My test is Friday at 9:30am. Isn't 420 supposed to be a holiday, I should be attending a bong-olympics right about now!

also looking to find out how common is the gs/ms test is. praying i have a weak immoassay test. its for preemployment for a carpentry apprentiship--union job.
spooked my at home test pamplet says the cut off is 50ng/ml (which i believe is an immoassay test) but the gs/ms test has a cut off of 15ng/ml.

please help calm my nerves and smoke Marley style for me!
