I am about a once or twice a week smoker. On 04/15 Friday I smoked throughout the day probably 6 joints of some VERY nice weed. Then I smoked roughly half a bowl on Monday night 04/18. I now have a test Friday at 5pm 04/22. From what I have been reading it seems like I am screwed. I am going to be drinking water like mad. Then drink a bottle of vales tomorrow the day before the test. And finally drink water through the day of the test and go. What do you think are the chances I pass?

I am 180 pounds 5'9", I think I have a pretty high metabolism but college has packed on thepunds making me fat now.

Well here I am sitting with 2 liters of water, a bottle of vales and a bottle of asprin. The test is tomorrow at 5pm. What's better to drink the vales tonight or tomorrow? I suppose it will add some creatine to the urine but what else does it do?

don't kill urself start drinking water 4-5 hours before hand. take a multivitamin and extra b-2(riboflavom) and lots of it(16,000Xdaily suggested dose.) take creatine too but if you don't have any eat lots of red meat the night before. it may work oh and take diuretics(caffeine, foods including celery, onion, eggplant, asparagus and watermelon are said to have a diuretic effect. In addition, the herbs hawthorn, corn silk, and parsley are used as diuretics in natural medicine.) of course alcohol but u can't go take a test drunk!

I was looking at the ingredients of the vale it seems like it was amde just for the dillution plan.. Heh. It has 10mg of B-2 (588%) and 475mg of creatine

Figured I'd better update...

Wasn't even a fuggin drug test. I wasted so much money [well for a college student] on water, creatine etc... It was a drug assesment: "Do you drink?" "Yes..." "Have you done drugs?" "...No" "Okay have a nice day!"

Meanwhile I am sitting there about to piss my pants because I drank so much damn water [the 4 quarts and apsprin dillution method]. I guess I should have been happy but I was all set to pass this thing and feeling proud that I would... then it doesn't even happen D;
